Organisation Summary
The Fijian Competition & Consumer Commission (FCCC) is an independent statutory body established under Section 7 of the FCCC Act 2010 that promotes effective competition and informed markets, encourages fair trading, protects consumers and businesses from restrictive practices, controls prices of regulated industries and other markets where competition is lessened or limited.
Purpose & Nature of Role
The role will primarily focus on data entry and validation, dataset cleaning and consolidation, weekly trend analysis on the Fijian market, preparation of weekly analytical reports, and providing administrative and research support towards evidence-based enforcement activities.

Qualification
The successful candidate should be a current 3 year student with a local university nearing or completing their studies, and must be pursuing a qualification in Accounting, Economics, Finance or a related discipline.
Knowledge and Experience
Should possess strong analytical skills, attention to detail, sound computer literacy, and studies the ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
